Vignesh Varadaraju has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. From January 2018 to the present, they have been working at Aimtron Corporation, where they started as a Mechanical Engineer and later became a Senior Mechanical Engineer. In these roles, they monitored key performance indicators to optimize manufacturing costs and improve productivity, designed and developed fixtures for various assembly operations, and collaborated with the NPI team to review project documentation. Prior to Aimtron Corporation, Vignesh worked as a Mechanical Engineer at American Pinball, Inc. for a brief period from September to December 2017. Before entering the engineering field, they gained office support experience as an Office Support Assistant at Northern Illinois University from February 2016 to July 2017. During the same period, they also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the university.
Vignesh Varadaraju holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from Northern Illinois University. Vignesh attended this university from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Vignesh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, Vignesh has also obtained various certifications. These include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Minitab certifications from Simplilearn, which they earned in June and April of 2017, respectively. Vignesh also holds a certification in Professional in Product Design and Analysis from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd., which they obtained in June 2015. Lastly, Vignesh obtained an AutoCAD certification from Autodesk in April 2013.
