Lisa Ciallella

Lisa Ciallella is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at both GF Hotels & Resorts and AION Management since October 2020 and October 2022, respectively. Previously, Ciallella held the position of Director of Culture & Engagement at Valley Forge Casino Resort from August 2012 to October 2020 and worked as Employee Relations Manager at Penn National Gaming from July 2010 to August 2012. Ciallella began a lengthy career in human resources at Harrahs Casino, progressing from Employee Relations Specialist from January 1980 to May 2010.
