Dominique Kaesmacher

Dominique Kaesmacher has over 30 years of experience in the field of intellectual property and law. DOMINIQUE has held various roles in different companies and organizations. Some of their notable positions include Senior General Counsel at Franco Dragone Holding, Chief IP Attorney and Head of Legal at Kirkpatrick, and Consultant in Intellectual Property at Cosucra Groupe Warcoing SA. DOMINIQUE has also served as the President of the Belgian Group at AIPPI - International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property. Additionally, Dominique has held teaching positions at Université catholique de Louvain and Université de Liège. DOMINIQUE started their career as an Attorney at Allen & Overy law firm and later worked as an Attorney at law at EY. Throughout their career, Dominique has demonstrated expertise in the field of intellectual property and has coordinated IP agreements at Solvay.

Dominique Kaesmacher obtained a law degree from the University of Liège, majoring in European law and intellectual property. This education took place from 1978 to 1983.
