Elena Martini

Elena Martini is an Italian lawyer and founding partner at Martini Manna & Partners since December 2010, specializing in intellectual property (IP), technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), and commercial law. Martini serves as a member of the ECTA design committee and is involved in the INDICAM Legal Working Group, as well as holding a position with AIPPI in Brescia. Previous experience includes roles at DLA Piper (Milan) and Trevisan & Cuonzo Avvocati, focusing on contentious and non-contentious IP, IT, and commercial matters.
