Sebastian Schulz is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems administration and support. Currently serving as an IT-Administrator at CARIAD since December 2020, Sebastian has also held the role of IT-Systemadministrator at Carmeq GmbH since January 2018. With a long tenure at airberlin starting in February 2003, Sebastian has accumulated expertise as a Citrix Administrator and AMADEUS Administrator, in addition to serving as the Deputy Team Leader for IT Service Desk and providing IT helpdesk support. Duties have included desktop support across various Windows platforms, classification and escalation of support requests, VIP support, administration of internal camera monitoring systems, and documentation of workflows and configurations, alongside building new external locations both nationally and internationally.
