Stephen Pape

Stephen Pape currently holds the position of Associate Dean for the Construction Sciences Division at Dallas College, a role started in November 2021. Pape has significant leadership experience, serving as the 2023-2024 Board of Directors Chair for the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) and previously holding various leadership roles within ACCA, including Chair of the Executive Committee and Treasurer. Additionally, Pape serves on the Board of Directors for the Partnership for Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Accreditation since April 2018. Prior positions include Dean of Community and Workforce Education at Hill College and Director of Student Learning at Texas State Technical College. Pape's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Tarleton State University, an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Southern Nazarene University.
