Nikhil Rajan

Nikhil Rajan has extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as a Regional Manager at Air India Limited since January 2018, with previous roles including Airport Manager and Senior Manager. Before this, Nikhil held positions at Air India from August 2014 to April 2023 as Manager of Loyalty Programmes, and as Deputy Manager of Loyalty Program from October 2013 to July 2014. Nikhil's responsibilities have focused on customer loyalty marketing, partnerships, member communications, and alliance management. An earlier role as Assistant Manager of Loyalty Program at Air India provided experience in e-commerce and web administration. Nikhil holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Madras, completed in 2007, and completed secondary education at Eve Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
