Dana Allen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dana started their career as an Auditor at KPMG in 1987, followed by a role as the Deputy Director of Cash Management at Citibank from 1988 to 1990. Dana then worked as a Consultant and Trainer, specializing in Strategic Marketing, Finance, and Communication. During this time, they conducted programs for client-specific learning initiatives and facilitated Executive Education courses at INSEAD. In 2003, they served as a Blended Learning Consultant at StratX, and later became a Senior Consultant in Learning and Development, where they designed and delivered action learning initiatives for executive education to Fortune 500 companies in diverse industries. In 2008, they joined ETS Global as the Director of Marketing and Communication for EMEA, China, and Korea. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Project Director at Agalio. In 2010, they joined Air Liquide and held various leadership roles, including Leadership Program Director and Leadership and Inclusion & Diversity Program Director. In their current role as Learning Lead, Talent Development Center of Excellence, Asia Pacific at Air Liquide, they are responsible for collaborating with business leaders to translate business challenges into learning priorities and optimizing learning offerings across the APAC region. Overall, Dana has a strong background in learning and development, leadership development, and program management.
Dana Allen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, with a focus on Marketing and Finance. Dana completed their education at this institution from 1983 to 1987.
