Matthias Kasper

Matthias Kasper has a varied work experience in the engineering industry, primarily working for Air Liquide and its subsidiary, Lurgi GmbH. Matthias started their career as a trainee and junior process engineer in gas cleaning at Lurgi GmbH in 2007. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as the Head of Gas Cleaning and Sulfur at Lurgi India Pvt. Ltd. In 2012, they moved to Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. as the Head of Sulfur, Gas Cleaning, Oleochemicals, and Gasification Technologies. Matthias then returned to Germany and joined Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions Germany GmbH in 2014. There, they held various roles, including the Head of Process Line for Oleochemicals and ultimately became the Technology Director for the Green Chemicals & Fuels Product Line. Currently, as of October 2021, they serve as the Head of Customer Services at Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions Germany GmbH.

Matthias Kasper completed their education in two institutions. From 2000 to 2006, they attended Hamburg University of Technology and obtained a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur in the field of Verfahrenstechnik (Process Technology). Later, from 2003 to 2006, Matthias pursued an MBA in Global Technology Management at NIT Northern Institute of Technology Management.
