Markus Schneefuss

Markus Schneefuss is an experienced professional in the cargo operations and aviation industry, currently serving as the Head of Global Cargo Operations at Air New Zealand since September 2023. Prior to this role, Markus held the position of Director of Cargo Operations at Frankfurt Cargo Services FCS from November 2018 to September 2023, where FCS became a respected leader in cargo handling in Germany. Markus has also provided consultancy services in operations, safety, and security since December 2017, working on various projects for global ground handling agents. Markus's previous experience includes significant roles at Qatar Airways, Jetstar Airways, and Express Ground Handling, where expertise was demonstrated in managing cargo network operations, project management, regulatory compliance, and developing operational training programs. Education includes certifications from BMCC and ACI Global.
