Sam Trustrum

Sam Trustrum is an experienced design leader with a strong background in digital product design and UX/UI. Currently serving as Chapter Lead for Digital Product Design at Air New Zealand, Sam previously held multiple leadership roles including Principal Product Designer and Chapter Lead for UX/UI Design at Spark New Zealand, where a design team was developed and led. At Air New Zealand, foundational work on the Unison Design System and significant contributions to key digital product redesigns occurred. Throughout the career, positions at Saatchi & Saatchi Design Worldwide and Studio Alexander focused on large-scale brand transformation and award-winning projects. Sam's early career included substantial design work at Designworks Ltd, where significant contributions were made during a crucial growth phase. A Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications was obtained from Massey University.
