Samuel Melese

Samuel Melese is a seasoned cybersecurity and IT professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist (identity) at Air New Zealand since October 2022, Samuel has previously worked as a Technical Analyst at Stuff and ANZ. Samuel's tenure at Air New Zealand from 2013 to 2021 included positions as a Senior Information Security Analyst and Senior Systems Analyst, where key responsibilities encompassed requirement analysis and operational documentation. Prior to this, Samuel held positions as a Test Engineer at The University of Auckland, a Software Developer at Neotek, and an intern Analyst Programmer at Inland Revenue NZ. Samuel holds a Master of Service Oriented Computing from Auckland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Auckland.
