Noel Donald

Noel Donald is an experienced Broadcast Engineer currently employed at Digicel Group since March 2016 and at Media Niugini Limited since March 2013. In these roles, Noel specializes in the installation, troubleshooting, and monitoring of television broadcast equipment, as well as the termination of various cables and the setup of new transmitting sites.
