Jamie Luce is the Founder and CEO of AIR Parametric, Inc., a position held since October 2023. As a Management Consultant in the Insurance Carrier Practice with The Nolan Company since 2022, Jamie Luce provides advisory services focused on underwriting strategy, operations, and technology. Previously, Jamie Luce served as EVP for the Commercial Group at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group from 2019 to 2022, overseeing a large team and managing significant insurance premium and revenue metrics. Other notable roles include SVP of North American Commercial Insurance at QBE North America and multiple SVP positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Jamie Luce led underwriting strategies and managed large teams across various divisions. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Wausau Insurance Company and American International Group. Jamie Luce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of Wooster.
