Darlene MacKinnon

Darlene MacKinnon has held various executive positions in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. and Dow Chemical. Darlene is currently the Vice President Human Resources at Air Products, overseeing significant growth regions and leading HR for various global projects. Darlene also has experience in developing and implementing strategies for cultural and organizational change to strengthen diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Darlene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and has completed Executive Education Programs at Babson College and IMD.
