Katie McDonald

Katie McDonald is vice president, Corporate Communications, at Air Products. She has leadership responsibility for stakeholder communications globally, including employee communications, executive communications, financial and sustainability communications, media relations and crisis communications, and digital and visual communications.

Ms. McDonald joined Air Products in 1997 as a media relations specialist for the company’s Industrial Gases Division. In 2002 she was appointed financial communications manager and subsequently expanded her role to include sustainability communications for the company. Ms. McDonald was named manager of employee and sustainability communications in 2009 and director of Corporate Communications in 2016.

Ms. McDonald holds an M.S. degree in organizational communication from Ithaca College and a B.A. degree in English/communications from DeSales University.
