Kristin Leayman

Kristin Leayman is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for North America at Air Products since June 2022. Kristin leads a team supporting a diverse workforce of 3,200 employees amid significant growth and transformation. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, where Kristin managed a $2 million budget and enhanced DEI and compliance initiatives, and several HR positions at PPL Corporation and Clemens Food Group, focusing on strategic HR initiatives, employee experience, and organizational development. Additionally, Kristin contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Muhlenberg College School of Graduate Studies.
