Mindy Fitzgerald

Mindy Fitzgerald is a seasoned professional in diversity, talent management, and employee engagement, currently serving as the Global Director of Diversity Culture and Engagement at Air Products since December 2020. In this role, Mindy leads diversity strategy initiatives, oversees talent attraction branding, and implements culture-building programs to enhance employee engagement and experience. Previous experience includes positions at The Lubrizol Corporation, where Mindy developed global HR change management strategies, and at BP, where Mindy held multiple leadership roles focused on talent development, employee engagement, and competence assessment. Mindy’s earlier career includes consultancy work and business development roles, supported by a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Bethel University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Taylor University.
