Shirin O'Connor

Shirin O’Connor joined Air Products in September 2020 as vice president, Global Engineering, Global Procurement, and

Quality / Continuous Improvement. She is responsible for the seamless alignment of the company’s global Engineering and Procurement teams, as well as its quality and continuous improvement programs, to drive high performance.

Ms. O’Connor brings more than 28 years of engineering, procurement, and construction experience from the Fluor Corporation, where she previously served as vice president and regional director of Engineering for the Americas and led the transformation of engineering execution and talent management. Throughout her career, Ms. O’Connor has led all aspects of EPC for capital projects, including fabrication, as well as held strategic planning and commercial roles.

Ms. O'Connor holds a BS in electrical engineering from Clemson University and a MS in electrical engineering from the University of South Carolina. She serves as a member of the MYR Group Inc.’s board of directors.
