Jagriti Sharma, PhD

Jagriti Sharma, PhD has held various roles in the food and beverage industry, beginning with a Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2002. Jagriti then became a Research Scholar at KU Leuven in 2005. In 2008, they moved to R.L. Schreiber, Inc. as an R&D Manager, followed by a Scientific Consultant at Midas Touch in 2011. From 2015 to 2022, they held various roles at Talking Rain Beverage Company, including Vice President Research And Development, Director, Beverage Technology, and Manager, Research and Development. Most recently, they began their role as SVP, Product and Innovation at Air Protein in 2022.

Jagriti Sharma, PhD completed their PhD at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2007. In 2020-2021, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management to study Innovation and Design Thinking.
