Will Stringer is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the HVAC and construction industries. Currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Air Systems, Inc. since March 2020, Will Stringer has held multiple strategic roles, focusing on business strategy, operations, and profitability. Prior to this, Will Stringer spent over 16 years at Carrier Corporation, where responsibilities included directing large service operations across North America, managing teams, and achieving significant revenue targets. Will Stringer's career began in the United States Air Force, where leadership roles included overseeing engineering and readiness programs. Will Stringer holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
