Ernie Hayes

Ernie Hayes, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Capital at Air Transport Services Group, Inc., since May 2024, Hayes previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Airborne Global Solutions from May 2022 to May 2024. Prior to that, Hayes was the Area Human Resources Manager at DHL eCommerce, overseeing operations in Hebron, Kentucky, Akron, Ohio, and Denver, Colorado.
