Sharad Singh

Sharad Singh has a diverse work experience in various roles related to business development and human resources. Sharad started their career as the Director of Corporate and Business Development at Trivium Corporate Solutions in 2009, where they focused on accounting, finance, HR, and IT functions. In 2011, they became the VP of Business Development at Trivium, responsible for its growth and supporting over 300 clients. Sharad later served as the CEO of Trivium, advising companies on raising capital, talent development, forecasting for growth, and product/service launches.

In 2012, Sharad joined Kaybus, Inc. as the VP of Human Resources. After working there for five years, they were acquired by Prysm. Sharad then held the position of VP of Human Resources at Perspica, Inc., which was later acquired by Cisco AppDynamics. In 2016, Sharad worked as the VP of Human Resources at LibDib, Inc. before joining CloudKnox Security as the VP of Human Resources. CloudKnox Security was later acquired by Microsoft, where they continued their role.

In 2018, Sharad joined Observe.AI as the VP of Human Resources, working with the founding team through periods of significant growth. Sharad also served as the VP of HR at WaterGuru and Roambee during the same time. Sharad'smost recent position is the Vice President of Human Resources at Aira Technologies, starting in 2020.

Throughout their career, Sharad has demonstrated expertise in business development, HR management, and navigating company acquisitions.

Sharad Singh completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Saint Mary's College of California, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they attended the University of California, Berkeley with a focus on Human Resources, although they did not specify any degree obtained during that period.
