Kok Hoong Chan

Kok Hoong Chan is a Senior Software Engineer at AirAsia since November 2020, specializing in NodeJS, Golang, and Python, and has notably developed the AVA Chatbot to streamline customer inquiries. Prior experience includes serving as a Full Stack Developer at Jewel Paymentech, where contributions were made to a web-based system for major financial institutions in Malaysia and Singapore, and development of a product from conception to launch. Kok Hoong also worked as a Software Developer at Infinite Code, focusing on web and mobile applications, and served as a Technical Consultant at AGTIV Consulting, delivering Microsoft Dynamic CRM solutions. Kok Hoong holds a Bachelor of Computer Science with a major in Network Computing from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak.
