Meghan Dow

Meghan Dow is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and management. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Airbnb since July 2021, Meghan oversees two backend development productivity teams. Prior to this role, Meghan worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate and previously as a Summer Associate. Meghan has a notable history at Blue Apron as a Software Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included leading a nine-person team and successfully implementing high-impact initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced costs.
