Rachna Nazir is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the Asia-Pacific and India regions. Currently serving as the Regional HR Director for Airbnb, Rachna has previously held senior HR roles at Wunderman Thompson, Discovery Inc, McCann Worldgroup, and Frost & Sullivan, focusing on talent management and regional HR strategies. Rachna holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the Singapore Human Resources Institute and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Delhi University.
