Vlad Gyster

Vlad Gyster has a diverse work experience spanning 15 years. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Airbo, an Employee Engagement Platform used by over 700 employers. From 2015-2020, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Airbo Labs, where they partnered with HR from companies of all sizes to rapidly prototype technologies. From 2011-2015, they were the Founder and CEO of H Engage, a text msg based gamified chatbot used by enterprises. From 2006-2011, they were a Consultant and Communications & HR Technology at Willis Towers Watson, where they founded their emerging technologies practice. Finally, in 2005, they were a Health & Welfare Intern at Willis Towers Watson.

Vlad Gyster attended the University of Connecticut School of Business from 2002 to 2006 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Healthcare Management.
