Jonathan Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jonathan started their career in 1998 as a Special Projects Process Engineer at Tyco Electronics, where they led new product and process initiatives in circuit board manufacturing. Jonathan then moved on to Eastman Kodak in 2001, where they served as a Health Imaging Cartridge Assembly Supervisor and X-Ray Thin Film Coating Product Engineer, managing a production team and overseeing the design and installation of new process lines. In 2003, Taylor joined 3M as a Sr. R&D Process Development Engineer, specializing in the development and design of liquid filtration products for various industries. Jonathan then transitioned to HelioVolt in 2007, where they served as the R&D PV Thin Films Operations Manager and Process Development Engineer. In 2009, they joined Xtreme Power as the Director of Engineering, Mechanical and Manufacturing, leading cross-functional teams and implementing designs for grid-tie energy storage solutions. Taylor then joined Superconductor Technologies in 2014 as the Director of Manufacturing Design and Process Development, responsible for scaling and qualifying processes and products. Jonathan'smost recent role is as the Director of Design and Development at AirBorn Inc. since 2015.

Jonathan Taylor received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University. Jonathan pursued their education at this institution from 1993 to 1998.
