Shellie Aguilera

Shellie Aguilera has over 23 years of experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Senior Vice President of HR at AirBorn Inc. Shellie joined AirBorn Inc. in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Lockheed Martin for five years as a Senior HRBP Leader. Before that, they spent ten years at United Launch Alliance (ULA) as an Employee Relations, Labor Relations & Staffing Leader. Shellie's career in human resources began at Lockheed Martin in 1998, where they worked as a Human Resource Business Partner Leader for eight years.

Shellie Aguilera completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wartburg College from 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University from 1999 to 2001.
