Chris Tsirlis

Chris Tsirlis has extensive work experience in various industries. Chris is currently the Vice President of Business Development & Product Innovation at Airbus DS Government Solutions, Inc., where they focus on optimizing satellite systems to ensure seamless connectivity for critical missions. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft as a Technical Product Manager and a Solutions Architect, where they developed and managed technical priorities to meet customer requirements and designed solutions for edge technologies and 3D geospatial platforms.

Before their tenure at Microsoft, Chris served in the United States Marine Corps for over three decades, holding various leadership roles such as Senior Information Technology Officer, Director of Information Technology, and IT Operations Officer. Chris was responsible for managing complex IT solutions and coordinating information technology support for combat operations and large-scale military missions. Chris also has experience in the financial sector, having worked as a Financial Advisor at American Express and as a Branch Asset Manager at Huntington National Bank. Chris started their career as an Inside Sales Representative at Sherwin-Williams KW.

Chris Tsirlis has a diverse education history. Chris obtained a Master of Science in Systems Technology with a specialization in Joint Command and Control Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2007. In 2017, they earned a Master's degree in Military Science and Operational Studies from Marine Corps University. Earlier, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General from Davenport University in 2001. Chris Tsirlis also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Ferris State University, which they acquired in 1995. Additionally, they have attained several certifications, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, SAFe 5 Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and many more.
