With a background in strategic roles, Hadrien has progressively advanced through Aircall, initially as a Manager in Customer Experience & Insights, followed by positions as Director and then Vice President, focusing on vision, strategy, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Prior to Aircall, Hadrien worked as a Strategy Consultant at Advancy, delivering strategic assignments for various industries, and gained engineering experience through internships at Qantas and Rolls-Royce. Hadrien holds a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO.
