Damir Šmigmator

Damir Šmigmator is currently the Head of Partnerships at Aircash since September 2020. Prior to his current role, Damir held various positions at INA Grupa from October 2009 to September 2020, including Business performance improvement Chief Expert, Digitalization Chief Expert, and Senior Category Manager. Before joining INA Grupa, Damir worked as a Key Account Manager at Mars, Inc. and as an Export Manager at Podravka. Additionally, he also has experience working at GLOBALTEAM International Marketing Consultants, Inc as an Assistant and Instructor, at The Coca-Cola Company as a Sales team Supervisor, and at NCL Media Group as a Merchandising & Trade marketing coordinator.
