Thea Elena Suico, CPA has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. Thea Elena is currently working at airCFO as the Lead Onboarding Specialist, where they are responsible for onboarding new clients, maintaining accounting systems, preparing reconciliation schedules, managing client engagements, preparing tax filings, and proposing process improvements. Thea Elena also has extensive experience at inDinero, where they held various roles including Lead Accounting Team Manager, Accounting Team Manager, Accountant, and Junior Accountant. Before that, they worked at EY Philippines | SyCip, Gorres, Velayo& Co. (SGV & Co.) as a Risk Associate - II, where they primarily focused on financial statement audit, J-SOX audit, internal audit transformation, and internal audit for a bank's various business units.

Thea Elena Suico, CPA graduated from the University of San Jose-Recoletos in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Thea Elena obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in 2013. In 2020, they also obtained a QuickBooks Certification from QuickBooks Online Pro.
