Benoit Lavigne

Benoit Lavigne is an experienced avionics technician with a career spanning over 16 years in the aviation industry. Currently employed at Air Creebec since September 2020 as a Licensed Avionics Technician, Benoit specializes in line maintenance for Dash 8-100 and -300 aircraft. Prior to this role, Benoit worked at Pratt & Whitney from December 2018 to September 2020, focusing on operational support for Dornier 328-Jet and Cessna Citation 560XLS, and also had exposure to Boeing 747SP. Benoit returned to Air Creebec from February 2010 to December 2018, where responsibilities included line maintenance for multiple aircraft types, holding an endorsement for Dash-8 100-200-300 series. Benoit's career began at ExelTech Aerospace from July 2007 to February 2010, performing C-Check maintenance primarily on ATR-42 and -72 aircraft, as well as line maintenance for various other aircraft. Benoit began as an Apprentice Avionics Technician at Air Canada Technical Services in early 2007, contributing to the modification of Boeing 767 aircraft. Education includes a college diploma in avionics maintenance technology from Ecole nationale d'aéronautique, completed between 2001 and 2004.
