Dustin Serratt

Dustin Serratt serves as the Senior Vice President of Hardgoods Supply Chain & Procurement at Airgas since January 2019, leading initiatives in procurement, product management, distribution operations, and inside sales operations for safety and welding hardgoods. Previously, as Vice President of Procurement at Airgas, Dustin implemented a center-led procurement model managing approximately $2.5 billion in spend across divisions. During tenure at Air Liquide, leadership roles included Sr. Director of Category Management for the Americas, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing and supplier performance management. Prior positions include Manager of Sourcing & Category Management at El Paso and Category Manager at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dustin began career as a Merchant at Foley's after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Texas A&M University.
