Lona Paganis

Lona Paganis possesses extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Airgas since 2014. Previously, Lona held the position of HR Managing Consultant at WPX Energy from May 2007 to December 2014, and HR Director roles at both Level 3 Communications (2006 - 2007) and WilTel Communications (2002 - 2005). Lona's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Iowa State University, completed between 1984 and 1986.
