Nicole E. Barron

Nicole E. (Bednarski) Barron is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various roles. As Senior Counsel at Airgas since April 2023, Nicole provides legal support and guidance. Previously, at Avenue 365 Lender Services, Nicole held multiple compliance roles, culminating as Senior Director of Compliance, where responsibilities included managing compliance audits, developing legal advice for business teams, and building compliance personnel. From February 2015 to May 2021, Nicole served as Real Estate Manager/Civil Supervisor for the County of Chester, overseeing real estate sales transactions and civil process training. Earlier in the career, Nicole worked as an Attorney at Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, handling extensive litigation cases. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
