Kasper Mogens Rasmussen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kasper Mogens started their career in 2000 as a Guest Relations Manager at Krabi Park & Spa resort. Kasper Mogens then worked as a Soldier in the Danish Army before becoming a Tour Representative at MyTravel in 2001. In 2002, they joined FolkeFerie.dk as a Travel Agent.

In 2007, Kasper transitioned into the tech industry and started working at Scalepoint Technologies as a Key Account Manager. Kasper Mogens later became a Business Consultant at the same company, handling tasks such as strategy planning, project qualification, and solution presentations. Kasper Mogens left Scalepoint Technologies in 2015.

While still working at Scalepoint Technologies, Kasper also took on the role of a Consultant at Kamoras Consult in 2015. Kasper Mogens provided support to early-stage startups, assisting them with go-to-market and sales strategies by maximizing their limited resources.

In 2015, Kasper joined AirHelp as the Director of Account Management Europe. Kasper Mogens was later promoted to the role of VP of Account Management, leading to their appointment as the VP of Strategic Partnerships in 2017. Since January 2020, Kasper has been serving as the Chief Sales Officer at AirHelp.

Throughout their career, Kasper has demonstrated their expertise in sales, account management, business consultancy, and strategic partnerships. Kasper Mogens Rasmussen attended Copenhagen Business School from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 2005, they pursued a Master's degree in Management of Innovation and Business Development at the same institution, completing it in 2008. During their time at the school, in 2006, they also participated in an MBA exchange program at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, focusing on Business Administration. Additionally, in 2000, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Leisure and Tourism, specializing in tour guiding, from Service & Co.
