Teresa Geruson

Teresa Geruson is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Commercial Lead at Airhive, a direct air capture company, since December 2023. Previously, Teresa held roles including Strategy and Partnerships Lead at Silicate, where partnerships for carbon removal were built, and methodology for carbon credit certification was developed. Teresa's experience includes advising on go-to-market strategies at Spoor as an MBA Fellow, leading a strategic consulting project at Climate Fund Managers B.V. that identified significant revenue opportunities, and managing international finance strategies at Development Finance International, Inc., yielding substantial contracts. Teresa also has a background in licensing and compliance from Tesla and SolarCity, research on energy subsidies at PennFuture, and policy development at the American Sustainable Business Network. Teresa holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Master of Science in Climate Change Finance & Investment from the University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Georgetown University.
