Deepa Marathe, GMS

Deepa Marathe, GMS has worked in the professional field since 1999. Deepa began their career at US Interactive Europe Ltd as a Recruitment Consultant/ HR Generalist where they were responsible for recruitment and resource management of oversees employees, as well as HR Generalist functions with direct report to CHRO. In 2001, they moved to UnwiredSoft Europe Ltd. as a Sales Support and Operations Manager. In 2009, they joined AIRINC as a Senior Client Production Manager, Client Data Analysis and Delivery Manager, and Client Services Representative.

Deepa Marathe has a diverse educational background. Deepa obtained a Graduate Diploma in Commercial Practices from Govt.Polytechnic, Ahmedabad between 1990 and 1993. Deepa then continued their education at Gujarat University, where they earned a Graduate Degree in Commerce (Accountancy, Statistics) between 1993 and 1995. In 1995, Deepa Marathe earned an MBA in Human Resources from Institute of Management Education, Pune, India. In 2017, they obtained a Certification in HR Analytics from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR. Finally, in 2018, they earned a GMS from Worldwide ERC. Additionally, Deepa Marathe has certifications in GMS and Analytics in HR.
