Michelle Durkin

Michelle Durkin has over 20 years of experience in the mobility services industry. In 2000, they began their career as a Manager of Global Mobility Advisory Services at KPMG. In 2007, they moved to Honeywell as a Manager of Global Mobility Services and was promoted to Director of Global Mobility Services in the same year. In 2016, they returned to KPMG as a Senior Manager of Global Mobility Services, and in 2017, they joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Director of Global Mobility. In 2020, they were a Partner at Talent Mobility Search, a Benivo Strategy Council Member, and the Managing Partner of MLD Consulting LLC. Currently, they are a Senior Director of Advisory Services at AIRINC.

Michelle Durkin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. Michelle also holds two additional certifications: Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn (obtained in April 2020) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Honeywell (obtained in April 2009).
