Issac Sela

Issac Sela has a strong background in the aerospace industry, with a focus on certifications and regulations. Issac started their career at Israeli Aircraft Industries in 1977, where they worked on flutter and dynamic loads. Issac then moved to IAI, where they specialized in loads and flutter from 1977 to 1986. In 2005, they joined Elbit Systems Ltd as the Manager of Airworthiness and Certification, a role they held until 2016. Since 2016, Issac has been working at Airobotics as the Head of Certifications & Regulations, where they helped develop automated industrial drones and provided an end-to-end solution for collecting aerial data and gaining insights.

Isaac Sela pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1966 to 1970. Later, they attended the New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering for a year, from 2001 to 2002, where they earned a Master of Science in Science Management (MSM).
