Pavel Bilder

Pavel Bilder has extensive work experience in the field of product management and engineering. Pavel began their career at Elbit Systems Ltd in 2011 as a Presales Engineer, responsible for technical and marketing aspects of presale projects. In this role, they led complex integrations and presented solutions to senior customers worldwide.

In 2016, Pavel joined mPrest as a System Engineer, where they led sprints, planned and conducted retrospectives for the R&D team. Pavel also defined metrics and KPIs to measure product success.

Starting in 2018, Pavel worked at Airobotics as a Product Manager and later as an Integration and Test Engineer. As a Product Manager, they had a hands-on approach, overseeing engineering teams and ensuring deliveries were on time and of high quality. Pavel utilized Agile methodology and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams and end-users.

In 2021, Pavel joined Skai as a Product Manager, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. Pavel engaged with partners and customers to gather requirements and collect feedback, while working with UI/UX experts to create an intuitive user interface. Pavel also translated product roadmap features into well-defined requirements.

In 2023, Pavel returned to Airobotics as a V&V Product Manager.

Pavel Bilder has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management, which they obtained from The Open University of Israel. Pavel completed their undergraduate studies from 2010 to 2016. In 2019, Pavel attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology for a Product Management Course, focusing on the field of Product Management.
