Rick Elms

Rick Elms is a seasoned professional in site acquisition and project management, currently serving as Specialist III at Airosmith Development since February 2022. Previously, Rick sought new opportunities from February 2020 to February 2022 and worked as a Leasing Specialist at WSD Engineering from March 2018 to September 2019. Additional experience includes project management and site development roles from March 2015 to March 2018, and serving as Site Development Manager at SBA Network Services from September 2010 to September 2015. Rick began their career in the wireless communications industry with T-Mobile USA and American Tower Corporation, where responsibilities included site acquisition, zoning, and marketing of wireless tower space. Before this extensive career in telecommunications, Rick served as a Non-Commissioned Officer and Paramedic in the United States Air Force from September 1978 to December 1983. Rick holds an Associate degree in Arts from Monterey Peninsula College, earned between 1976 and 1978.
