Lily Lai

Lily Lai currently serves as the Chief Information Officer and General Manager of the Data Analytics Department at Airport Authority Hong Kong, with a focus on managing IT services and supporting strategic business development since September 2018. Previously, Lily held the position of Group IT Director at BPS Global Group for a brief period in 2018 and took a career break prior to that. Lily's extensive experience at Cathay Pacific Airways from 2001 to 2017 includes roles such as Manager of IT Solutions for Service & People, Service Delivery, and Airline Operations & Cargo, along with positions as IM Head for airline operations and cargo. Additionally, Lily has experience as COO and Commercial Director of GLSHK, overseeing commercial developments, and served as a Senior Programme Manager at Qantas from 1995 to 2001.
