In 2008 the conglomerate sold its airport operations to International Meal Company to focus on its hospitality endeavors. As of November 2015, Dr. Santana had boldly introduced two innovative hotel brands into the Puerto Rican hospitality scene: the environmentally friendly Wyndham Garden at Palmas del Mar and the chic urban-inspired TRYP by Wyndham Isla Verde.
