Charissa McCutcheon

Charissa McCutcheon has extensive work experience in employee relations and human resources. Charissa currently works at Airservices Australia as an Employee Support Lead and previously held the position of Employee Relations Business Partner. Before joining Airservices Australia, they worked at Toll Group as a Senior Manager, overseeing employee relations across various industries. Prior to that, they were an Employee Relations Superintendent at QGC - A BG Group Business, where they managed employee relations on a major construction project. Charissa also worked as an Employee Relations Manager at Macmahon Contractors and gained legal experience as a Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills and DLA Piper.

Charissa McCutcheon attended the University of Queensland from 2002 until 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class I) and a Bachelor of Business Management. Charissa later became a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2007 and a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia in 2008.
