Ori Soffer

Ori Soffer is an experienced technology leader serving as the R&D 5G Program Director at Airspan Networks since February 2021. Prior to this role, Ori held several positions at Marvell from 2004 to February 2021, including SoC Platform Director, where responsibilities included managing a multi-disciplinary Embedded Processors Platform Team across three sites, developing a comprehensive SDK for Marvell SoCs, and successfully launching the Marvell-Cisco ‘Barbados Enterprise AP’ project. Earlier roles included SoC SW Program Manager and SW and Projects Department Manager at Marvell Israel Ltd., where expertise in product life cycle management and Agile methodologies was established. Additional experience includes positions at Radlan and ECI Telecom, focusing on software development for networking products and real-time embedded systems. Ori possesses a strong record of successful project deliveries to Tier-1 customers and has contributed to significant enhancements in product quality and execution efficiency throughout a diverse career in the technology sector.
