Jonah Michelle Olega serves as the Business Process Support Manager at Airspeed since March 2021, overseeing the Business Operations Support Team and reporting directly to the CEO. This role involves leading process excellence initiatives, managing ISO compliance across departments, and implementing strategic improvements in productivity and efficiency. Prior to this position, Jonah held various roles within Airspeed, including Sr. Operational Excellence Executive and Supply Chain Solutions Analyst, where responsibilities focused on process improvement and data analytics. Previous experience includes industrial engineering and logistics roles at Human Nature, Play Innovations, and Clean Air Asia. Jonah earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Rizal Technological University in 2017.
