Geoff Winterbottom

Geoff Winterbottom is an experienced aviation professional with a strong background in technical management and aircraft capability development. Since October 2008, Geoff has served as the Programmes Technical Manager at AirTanker, where responsibilities include providing technical leadership on aircraft capability upgrades and business development. Previously, as the Aircraft Capability Development Manager, Geoff managed the acceptance and introduction of the Voyager aircraft fleet, collaborating with regulatory bodies and the Royal Air Force. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Manager and Principal Engineer, as well as Senior Air Vehicle Systems Trials Officer at QinetiQ from 1999 to 2008. Educational qualifications include studies at Reading College and Yateley School.
